Roles and Responsibilities of Members

Chairperson

• Call and Chair meetings.
• Take minutes and circulate.
• Produce reports for BTS Board.
• Create Officials rosters for BTS and State Events.
• Represent BSOP on the State Officiating Committee.

Statistician

• Liaise with BTS website.
• Update data on Umpires, Measures and Markers.
• Maintain email lists for Officials.
• Regularly send ‘Umpires notes’ to Officials.

BTS Representative

• Attend Bowls South Board Meetings.
• Report on BSOP activities.

Presenters & Assessors

Conduct all training and assessment for the Umpires, Measurers and Markers.

General and all Members

• Attend meetings as called by the Chair.
• Co-ordinate with other members for appointments to BTS and BTAS events.
