Preferred method

Email provides the most efficient mechanism for communication with BTS.  Ask your questions, describe your concerns or provide your opinion via email and you will receive a fast response.  Our email address is bowls.south@bigpond.com.

Secondary method: text/voice message

If you contact BTS via phone, please leave your question as a voice mail message.  This allows for some research before you are called back.

NOTE: If you simply ask to “call me back” you may not receive a response.  Our mobile phone number is 0409 703 073 but it is not monitored 24/7!

Last resort: post

If you wish to correspond by post, expect long delays – at least one week minimum.  You should factor this into your timetable.  BTS will not accept “late collection of mail” as an excuse for missing a deadline.  Our postal address is PO Box 232, ROSNY PARK, TAS, 7018.

Alternative methods to posting forms/letters:

1. Scan the form (eg clearance form) and attach it to an email
2. Write the letter on your computer, save it, and attach it to an email
3. Take a photo with your phone and send it to BTS via email
4. Take a photo with your phone and send it to BTS via SMS
5. Email BTS and ask for an editable version of a form so you can use method 2 above!

No longer an option

• BTS no longer has a facsimile machine/number.  Do not send forms/letters via fax.
• BTS no longer has a landline phone.
