BTS 2021-22 Membership Survey
One of the objectives in the current BTS Strategic Plan is to conduct a study to determine why members stop playing bowls. The BTS Board has prepared the attached survey and for Clubs. Club Secretaries are encouraged give it to any members who have stopped playing or who move to another club in the coming 2021-22 season. Alternatively it could be done verbally between the Secretary and the member and then forwarded to BTS for collation and action.
