BTS Annual General Meeting
Please note that the Annual General Meeting of Bowls Tasmania South will be held electronically via GoToMeeting on Sunday, 31May 2020 commencing at 2.00 pm.
Club Delegates can join the meeting from their computer (must have a microphone and speaker and preferably a camera), tablet or smartphone from the comforts of their homes. As most Club Delegates may not have used Go To Meeting before, BTS will arrange a practice meeting prior to the Annual General Meeting which will enable Club Delegates to have a practise run using Go To Meeting before the Annual General Meeting. If anyone has any problems hopefully we can sort them out before our actual Annual General Meeting.
Any other interested member is invited to attend the meeting via GoToMeeting. Details of the log-in procedures will be posted on the website closer to the meeting.
